What are your store hours?
Our store hours have not yet been decided. Our store is under renovation work and will be open soon.
Can I pick up my online order in-store?
Absolutely! You can choose the "In-Store Pickup" option during checkout and collect your order at our Tenby store.
Do you have different stock in store?
Yes, some of our items are selected specifically for in-store purchases and some items are only listed online.
Do you offer gift wrapping services?
Yes, we offer this in store and online. Please instruct a member of our team or select "gift wrapped" within checkout.

Can I purchase a gift card for someone?
Yes, we offer gift cards within our online store or in our Tenby retail shop.
Do you offer customisation options for your products?
We offer custom gift wrapping services currently but if you have a item or range in mind we would love to hear about it.
What is the difference between your product collections?
We offer hand curated collections based off themes, seasonality and what is on brand. Our product range have been meticulously selected to ensure our clients are always amazed with whats in stock.

Is there parking available near the store?
We advise you park in the Tenby town multi-storey building next to Sainsbury's and walk through the 5 arches. We are the first side street on your right.
please note: this is a pay and display carpark, we are afraid there is no free parking within Tenby town.

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
Shipping costs and times will be displayed at the time of purchase. Depending on the shipping service you have selected, day of week, time of year and your location; these can all effect shipping times. We aim to have all products shipped and delivered within 5 working days.
